I wonder if I’m the only person who comes up with an obvious nail art design like checkers and then gets annoyed to discover a ridiculously famous nail blog just happened to post the same thing at the same time. I don’t religiously follow that blog anymore so I don’t know who posted it first, but I didn’t copy her and there’s pretty much no possible way she could’ve copied me, they’re just checkers, I didn’t come up with some amazing design. But omg that irritates me which is just so hilarious because why the hell am I irritated?? :P
Hi, I was wondering if you could recommend a good top coat and base coat.
My current base coat is China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat. I’m not sure if it’s the best, but it’s inexpensive and I haven’t had any staining issues since I started using it.
As for top coat, Seche Vite is the best. It’s super shiny and really thick so your manicure looks great and is durable. It’s pricy though, $10-ish depending on where you get it, so for something less expensive, honestly any kind of top coat will do, I haven’t found a cheaper one that can last longer than a few days but if you’re like me and only keep a manicure for a few days anyway, you can get away with a $3 top coat.
